AUTHENTIC EXPERTISE Driven by desire for a job well done, our artisans use their know-how from Kelly and Master Yamamoto, who was one of the very first to open a Japanese restaurant in France. He regularly worked with the ambassador of Japan in Paris and even had the honour of cooking for the Elysee. The training of the masters combines tradition and rigour. Each sushi is a work of art and presentation, created for a great taste experience. We are very rigorous as regards the choice of our raw ingredients of an excellent quality and delivered daily. The fish selected to be eaten raw are of a great quality and freshness; They are not protected species and are “Friends of The Sea” certified to preserve the marine habitat. The sushi masters combine an enjoyment of taste with a meticulous hygiene.
