“Bubble tea” has finally arrived in France, a real phenomenon in Asia, “Bubble tea” is the most refreshing and delicious of teas. Served hot or cold, made from green or black tea, it is accompanied with a choice of fruit juices or milk, as well as various ingredients like tapioca pearls, jelly or boba popping (little balls filled with fruit juice or yoghurt).
